Most communities are told their wealth is somewhere else — in a bank that barely knows them, in a stock market that was not built for them, in governments that move too slowly. The XODUS Mastermind Alliance was built on a different belief: that small, disciplined contributions, pooled by people who trust each other, and invested into real businesses in our own communities, is one of the most powerful paths to lasting wealth and lasting change.
Membership begins with admission, signed agreements and orientation. Separately, eligible active members may participate in approved capital programs. Shareholder-member standing is granted only after qualifying capital records and Founder approval; joining the Alliance alone does not create ownership.
The Alliance is the assembly — the weekly gathering, the covenants, the discipline and the trust between members. The ventures are something separate: commercial programs where eligible shareholder capital is deployed into operating community businesses such as clinics, daycares and neighbourhood bakeries. These ventures are intended to be held through Xodus Ownership Group, the collective commercial vehicle being prepared for incorporation, which in time will also secure land, property and titles on behalf of its shareholder members.
There is no high financial bar. A student who can consistently spare 10,000 FCFA a month and a professional who can commit far more stand at the same table and meet the same standard: consistency, presence and seriousness. Ownership in ventures is proportional to qualifying capital; dignity in the Assembly belongs to everyone.
The Alliance is a global circle with roots in Cameroon. Members join from the US, France, Canada, the UK, and across Africa. Today our focus is Cameroon: building our communities and making them better, so that ordinary, ambitious people can rebuild the places they come from and the communities around them across our beautiful nation. While the Founder's wider work spans several regions, the Alliance itself is dedicated to Cameroon, where its collective commercial company is being formed. It stands alongside the independent Xodus Habitat and Xodus Vault platforms.
The XODUS Mastermind Alliance is organized and led by VALEIR — a Cameroonian-American entrepreneur and institutional architect based in New York, whose wider ventures span several regions. The Alliance itself is dedicated to Cameroon, where its collective commercial company is being formed. The Alliance is part of the Xodus ecosystem alongside Xodus Habitat and Xodus Vault. Its commercial vehicle is identified as Xodus Ownership Group SARL (XOG SARL).
