This notice explains, in plain language, what information the XODUS Mastermind Alliance collects through this website, how it is used, and who can see it.
When you ask to join, we collect only what you type into the form: your name, a way to reach you (email, phone or WhatsApp), and what drew you to the Alliance. If you are admitted and create an account, we also keep the details of your membership record — your standing, your contributions, and the documents shared with you.
We use your details to speak with you about joining, to keep your membership record accurate, and to send you Alliance updates — new documents, announcements, open votes and recorded contributions. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything outside the Alliance.
Member records are private. They are visible to the Founder and to officers whose responsibilities require it, and each member can see their own record. Nothing from a member record — names, contributions, documents or standing — ever appears on the public pages of this site.
Alliance emails carry only Alliance business. Every member can switch email alerts off at any time from their own dashboard, and switching them off never affects their membership.
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask to be removed. Write to the address below and we will handle it. Where records must be kept for accountability — for example a contribution that was recorded — we keep the minimum required and remove the rest.
To submit a privacy inquiry or data request, please submit your message directly through the official contact form on this website. Our team reviews all submissions and responds directly.
