Governance

How the Alliance governs itself

A reserved circle with written rules. Here is how it works — without revealing members' names, amounts or deliberations.

A weekly Assembly

Members meet every Sunday at 8 PM Cameroon time. Agendas are published ahead, and every meeting is minuted.

Attendance is recorded

Members check in to each Assembly. Attendance standing is tracked in the portal, and voting rights depend on it.

Resolutions are voted on the platform

Proposals are put to eligible members as ballots in the portal. Results are certified and filed — not decided in a chat thread.

Capital moves only by vote

No capital is committed to a venture without a recorded vote. Capital decisions are distinct from ordinary community decisions.

Officers serve defined roles

The Founder & President, Vice President, Secretary General, Treasurer and Partnerships officer carry written duties. No officer controls funds alone.

Signed covenants

Every member signs participation agreements. Membership is not shareholding: shareholder standing requires qualifying capital, written approval and evidence on file.

A constitution adopted together

The Alliance's governing documents are proposed, studied, noticed and then adopted by Assembly vote.

“Reliability matters more than wealth.”
