These terms explain what this website is, and what it is not. Please read them before asking to join.
The public pages describe who the Alliance is and what it is building. They are for information only. Nothing on them creates an agreement between you and the Alliance.
Asking to join is a request, not an admission. Admission follows a conversation, signed agreements and orientation, and it remains at the discretion of the Alliance.
Membership and shareholder-member standing are separate. Joining the Alliance, attending gatherings or paying dues does not by itself grant shares or ownership of anything. Shareholder-member standing is granted only after qualifying capital records and Founder approval, with a recorded number and effective date.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, investment advice, or a promise of any return. Real ventures carry real risk. Any capital participation happens only through approved programs, with documents you sign, after a conversation.
The member area, its documents and its records are confidential. Members may not copy, forward or publish what they find there, and account access may not be shared. Access may be withdrawn where this is not respected.
The Alliance may update these terms as it grows. The version on this page is the one in force. Questions are welcome at the address below.
